merge .cool file of individual chromosome

Hi,

I would like to generate a .cool file at very high resolution(10 bp). It takes too long to finish. It would be faster if I generate .cool file of each individual chromosome and merge them. I couldn't figure out a proper way to do the merge. Can you please give some suggestion?
