Yeah finally troubleshooted this same issue to BlockTube. Getting to the point where it was 50/50 if Enhancer would properly load and I'd have to select the video from History...
A day later and this actually does not seem to be the case, the problem came back without BlockTube enabled.
What I've found works for me every single time, even though I have to do it once a day now whenever the issue starts again is: In Firefox - Clear...
