When i try the same thing in ubuntu 20.04 with bluez 5.53 it does not happen.

@Vudentz No not stoping. Scan is on but filter is disabled. It acts like there is no filter.

This bug still exists Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2022 Version 17.4.4 Xamarin.AndroidX.Work.Runtime 2.8.1.1

I use Xamarin and target Android API level is 13. Basicly i want a button for opening Bluetooth and Location Service is they are not opened .
