I found the answer that works: $('#epiceditor-utilbar').css('display', none); I mistakenly put none in quote marks. But, I'm still surprised that the opts button configuration options didn't work. Regards... Jim

No, nothing new since @mmiscool replied that it's not working. I'm assuming it must be on the road map. It would be such a good feature!
