Import historical habits from CSV

We can use a case insensitive habit name match to identify the proper Habit object, but need to determine format for prior completions. Simplest might be a 2-col CSV (habit,iso_date)....

Overview of last 2-4 weeks reporting on trends, e.g. changes in individual habit completion rates, journals, task completion, etc.

Users need to be able to request and confirm full account deletion in the UI. Can use a similar process as Github repo deletion.

Goal is to enable visual identification of patterns between habits and journal rating outcomes.
