Version of the extension is in the `metadata.json` file.

How did you install the extension? Github or extensions.gnome.org?
Can you go to the state that you said the Persian language doesn't work?

There should be a file in the `locale` folder in `~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions/[email protected]`, but there isn't any! I checked the extension in `extensions.gnome.org` and it exists. So most probably you deleted it...
