This PR prevents the app from playing two notes at the same time when only tapping once on mobile devices. Bug observed and fixed on Safari on iOS. Not tested...

without it, grid fails creating actions automatically when using mongo. another approach might be to check for existence of 'id' and '_id' but this gives more flexibility I think.
