on installation I get "Trait 'Jcc\LaravelVote\Traits\Voter' not found"

I followed the installation steps and got error messages in the console, the first was "Trait 'Jcc\LaravelVote\Traits\Voter' not found" I tried composer install and dump-autoload , but still

error in feedparser setup command: use_2to3 is invalid.

I tried to install it pip install pygooglenews but I got this error ============================== . . Getting requirements to build wheel ... error error: subprocess-exited-with-error × Getting requirements to build...

I just installed the library used the last example in the readme and that error occured
