[Bug]: OneSignal#onWillDisplayNotification getting called as many times as app gets hot restarted while debugging.

Error starting debug session in Xcode: Timed out waiting for CONFIGURATION_BUILD_DIR to update.

I am currently experiencing this, In case it matters, but this started around the time I updated to iOS 18.5.
