Add an option to hide the mouse during operations

I sometimes use [cursorcerer](http://doomlaser.com/cursorcerer-hide-your-cursor-at-will/) to hide/show my mouse while cliclick runs because I find the mouse movements distracting. But it's a bit hacky and sometimes my mouse ends up invisible...

If alt is held down, PiP will launch but the image will only fill one quarter of the the PiP window, the rest is black. :/

I'd like to use this such that the link thumbnailer finds the images that are largest displayed on the given URL. An option to specify that I want it to...

typing `list` and hitting enter brings up the option `load lists`, however it doesn't launch the browser, so there's no way to authorise todo.workflow to work with Remember The Milk.
