在springboot 2.x上使用报错

亲测主要是spring版本不兼容，spring版本修改为 leaf/pom.xml ```text 5.2.9.RELEASE ``` springboot版本为 leaf-server/pom.xml ```text 2.3.4.RELEASE ```

SegmentIDGenImpl的get方法里用synchronized+dubble check，在部署多台leaf服务时，这种锁会失效吧？

每台leaf服务器只加载一次，数据库中有行锁保证

waitAndSleep的目的是尽可能让接下去执行的时候号段预加载线程已经执行完了吗

我是都降低一倍处理

segment实现在并发较高step较小的情况下岂不是很容易报两块segment都未ready的错

并发较高和step过小本来就冲突吧，一般step设置10分钟左右的号段消耗
