I think the files have to be at least a certain size and you have to interrupt the initial POST upload for this to work. Also, it takes some time...

I think you have to upload at least 1 chunk (5,243,915 bytes) before the resume endpoint will work for an node/localId.

I did some tests with your test build and all of the "complete" uploads with smaller files < 500 MB worked. I am now running a bigger file (37 GB)...
