Fix for/etc/zypp/zypp.conf didn't work for me. Had to install old glib2-doc-2.70.5-150400.3.11.1.x86_64 which provides the required /usr/share/gtk-doc/html/glib/index.html . Once it's done the repos started to sync.

Is there date when the updated version will be released fixing cpu_type issue ?

@wweellddeerr , I've just checked this VM status and its reboot icon disappeared . Also, the suggested command has shown that reboot is not required .Maybe it takes much more...
