[Bug]: Error reporting with 'errorlog' is broken in 24.0.3

Version 24.0.9 _doesn't_ fix this. Backport pull request to stable24 (https://github.com/nextcloud/server/pull/35824) is still open, Psalm failure (seems to be erroneous to me). Backport to stable25 (https://github.com/nextcloud/server/pull/35821) is also open.

I've collected info about installation from RuStore in a [doc](https://gist.github.com/oldnomad/5d38a9ea9b1daf9d82fa4f655b9aebe8). Not all API is known, but it seems sufficient to implement what's needed by Obtainium.
