At some point in the past two years these stations have mysteriously started working for me; there has been at least one API change in that time.

Welp, that didn't last long, the New Zealand ones are broken again too. Same problem as before, I'm afraid, I have no idea if/how the iHeartRadio app(s) behave differently outside...
