Pretty sure he is referring to [this](https://github.com/acemod/ACEX/tree/master/addons/field_rations). As far as I know there is no real use for this system except more "realism".

@Sparker95 you could do that, but by default this system is deactivated so you would only add a bunch off junk items to the crates.
