Hi! I've been enjoying mi-eng a lot recently, especially resonator, but noticed the UI wasn't updating when the params changed (either through the menu or midi). This should hopefully fix...
Added stereo output to MacroB and MacroP, following [klingklangmatze's advice on llllllllines](https://llllllll.co/t/mi-engines/32338/53?u=xmacex). I also brought down their volume (`mul`) from 1.0 to 0.3.
