选择 xcode -> File -> Project(workspace) Settings.... -> Shared Project Seetings: -> Build System -> Legacy Build System ->Done,这个方案可以解决

好像在 macOS Mojave 10.14.4, Xcode 10.3 上执行 update_xcode_plugins --restore 恢复不了原来Xcode自身的签名啊？着急等待中
