sonar-audit should audit projects analyzed with a wrong scanner

Some projects (Maven/Gradle) may be analyzed with the scanner CLI even though this is cumbersome, error prone and likely to produce much less accurate analysis results sonar-audit should try to detect this and raise an audit warning when that's the case
