Add support for exposing database state similar to pg_stat_database and pg_stat_activity

This would be an interesting Feature to enable better fine-grained monitoring. With those values we could use something like [postgresql-exporter(prometheus metrics)](https://github.com/prometheus-community/helm-charts/tree/main/charts/prometheus-postgres-exporter) + [grafana dashboard](https://grafana.com/grafana/dashboards/?search=postgresql+exporter).
