@amChristonasis thank you!!! indeed it worked solved it: brew install hdf5 netcdf git clone https://github.com/Unidata/netcdf4-python.git HDF5_DIR=$(brew --prefix hdf5) pip install ./netcdf4-python

optimize spend lower/upper bounds held constant don't work when spend is not linear to avg media spend * n_time_periods

@michevan any idea how to approach this? the readme doesn't help here
