Cannot install on ubuntu

I get:

Cannot add PPA: 'ppa:~oguzhaninan/ubuntu/stacer'. ERROR: '~oguzhaninan' user or team does not exist.

You shouldn't need to add the PPA on 20.04 apt install stacer should work just fine.
