Clearing logs also delete folder that may cause issue.

I clear all logs and stacer delete apache2 folder, which cause issue when i restart my computer.

apachectl[431051]: (2)No such file or directory: AH02291: Cannot access directory '/var/log/apache2/' for erro>

I solve it by creating the folder but i waste time debugging why my apache don't start. So it may be good to delete only files not folder
