Achieve sound in games (and IPL menus) that use JAudio UCode.

I did a little research. This cell implements a typical circuit for a single counter bit.  

Examine all APU clock trees, similar to PPU.

Fix. 

Almost all sections show PLA simply as a topology (unmarked picture). You need to label the ports and decode the bit masks.
