I just tried an epub -> mobi conversion on [epubconverter.com](https://www.epubconverter.com/epub-to-kindle-converter/) using this [nice project](https://github.com/onlurking/category-theory-for-programmers) as input. I read a few pages. So far so good.

I am also running into issues while trying to build the epub version. Beside the closing the HTML tags, I had to change the `conf.py` to use `'sphinx.ext.imgmath'`: ``` extensions...

I am not sure how to adapt the `conf.py` without breaking `make html` though.
