dlig and hlig are broken

dlig always turns on hlig. hlig by itself does nothing. There appears to be no way to get dlig without activating hlig. This is easily demonstrated in LibreOffice and ConTeXt....

Hello! The italic `a` seems to be broken at the top corner (from `.otf` file). I think this should be fixed some how.
