When attempting to add a vulnerability to a pentest engagement no matter what values I provide I see the following error: 
A user is able to create a pentest project with no URL, which is then visible on the page of pentests however cannot be selected to add findings.
Not being able to edit or vulnerabilities used in pen testing engagements means when one has to be updated a duplicate is created, causing a confusing workflow and redundant data....
