Expose Search capability in Cluster -> Manifest tab for the SFX Desktop version

For browser SFX, the browser search can be used to find info in the cluster manifest. For desktop version of SFX, I didn't find a way to search for string...

SFX should allow sending health reports against cluster entities, like cluster, applications, services etc. Each entity type exposed REST for reporting health. EG. [report on cluster](https://docs.microsoft.com/rest/api/servicefabric/sfclient-api-reportclusterhealth).

cluster:19080/Explorer/index.html#/tab/manifest shows the cluster manifest in xml format. SFX should highlight the xml syntax for easier reading. Similarly for application manifests.

Add hint question buttons that explain or point to documentation for the terms / concepts.
