On second thought - it would be a really bad idea to persist pids after the application crashes. You run the risk of cancelling the pid of some other process...

Yeah - this feels like an atom-shell (or deeper, chromium?) bug to me. I will open an issue there and see what they say.

I like this as an option: `includeFilename` as a boolean, defaulting to `false` If the file has a `Filename` title line, then that should "win". What to do about files...
