Doesn't the linguist's repository already contain all the necessary information🤔 Can't we "simply" reuse [languages.yml](https://github.com/github-linguist/linguist/blob/master/lib/linguist/languages.yml) and [heuristics.yml](https://github.com/github-linguist/linguist/blob/master/lib/linguist/heuristics.yml) ?
