I'm experiencing this same issue. When I open a Java file, I see the "Meghanada indexing" message, and I can see that "meghanada-mode" is active. However, I see no completion...

I should note that other features, like importing classes, work fine without needing to disable/enable meghanada-mode. As far as I can tell, only the completions have this problem.

@hlissner `C-SPC` does not work until I deactivate/reactivate meghanada-mode (that's how I was testing it originally). It does work in other languages, like JavaScript.
