Super-Linter docker image is getting big, so I'm not sure that smaller communities linters would be accepted You may check its little brother Mega-Linter ... that probably wouldn't accept smaller...

libstdc++ is [embedded in Mega-Linter docker image](https://github.com/nvuillam/mega-linter/blob/a4e95e2c37ad174962f1dfd10fec4e2dce8ea37e/Dockerfile#L59), so not sure it's the cause of the error :/
