I can't unfortunately neither support nor test MSYS2 builds myself. A pull request would be very much appreciated!
Support for `resumeDevice` would be a very nice feature indeed. It doesn't make much sense, unfortunately – in order for suspend/hibernate to work with btrfs, kernel needs not only `resume=...`...
