[Bug]: Shopify CLI 3.65.0 does not reliably detect app ID is valid in --force mode, breaks CI pipelines

Same issues here, impossible to deploy via the CLI without going through the manual app linking process of the `shopify app deploy` command. Downgrading to `3.64.1` fixes the issue.
