`pwned::curl` is currently missing smtp functions

`pwned::curl::Formicator` needs to have an option for using `curl_multi` interface to perform simultaneous connections with shared cookie/ssl session.

`pwned::pew::Pew` should be able to output graphics instead of plain-text report. `Gnuplot` can be used to draw the data.

`pwned::pew::Pew::bench` should be able to group results together. This is for generating grouped bar charts later.

there is a bug in `pwned::progress::Progress` which prevents it from showing estimated time.

`pwned::progress::Progress` should update less frequently

extra list needs to have elements of the same type, otherwise elastic search index doesn't accept any more documents.
