I tested the function [bezier_patch](https://github.com/revarbat/BOSL2/wiki/beziers.scad#function-bezier_patch) which is near the mentioned [closed source solution](https://www.xnurbs.com/). Could [bezier_patch](https://github.com/revarbat/BOSL2/wiki/beziers.scad#function-bezier_patch) be used in the same manner?
Is it possible to create a smooth surface with a closed path of 3d bezier curves like in example 4-6 of [this](https://github.com/revarbat/BOSL2/wiki/beziers.scad#section-bezier-path-construction)? Or another approach could be to use 3d-planes...
