Add support for optional custom keys

During numerai setup the user can optionally add two custom keys, eg for usernames/passwords on other services such as Numerbay. On the cloud environment, these keys will be CUSTOM_KEY_1 and CUSTOM_KEY_2. Added a brief section to the readme to explain usage.
