I am not sure anymore the `Thread.currentThread.getId()` really gives us an identifier that is unique to the request call and client. This is probably fixed in the `revamp` branch, which does not grep on `lsb-release` anymore. Is there an ETA for the new version, or would this warrant a quick bugfix...
