For me: `defaults write NSGlobalDomain KeyRepeat -int 1` `defaults write NSGlobalDomain InitialKeyRepeat -int 10` makes it blazing fast. Even a bit too much, maybe.
Just have in mind that you need to restart to apply the changes.
