A should be a matrix of |V| * |V| and edges should be marked as A[v][u] = 1, to know if any edge has been repeated
I am also facing this issue. Any resolutions? I found [this](https://community.openai.com/t/rate-limit-reached-for-10ktpm-200rpm/381878/2) but it did not help very much. @PicoCreator thoughts?
