This can happen when the image does not contain spatial calibration. Look [here ](https://nroduit.github.io/en/tutorials/calibration/) to calibrate manually.

If you think this is a problem related to Weasis, please describe the problem so that it can be reproduced.

Please explain first what the problem is because if it is a bad encoding it can come from the files that are loaded.
