Disable Check for Updates and Bug Report Menu

Hey,

is it possible to disable the check for update and Bug Report Menu for the clients via ext-conf.properties.

For a normal "enduser" the Bug Report maybe confuse a bit. Also I want to take care that some customers only use the installed version and can't update alone without support.

The property weasis.update.release is "true" by default but if you set it to false it will not check at startup if a new release is available. However, removing the menu items is not possible yet. I have to make some changes.
