The Spree::FulfilmentChanger can't add inventory units to a shipment if the shipment already contains inventory units of another variant type.

I have provided a failing test and working code in a pull request. The pull is against 4-4-Stable as that is the most recent stable test suite that will run.

Send credentials (certificate) when retrieving token

@brockallen There is an open pull request that fixes this issue. Please let me know if there are any changes needed.
