Just a follow up for the encoding problem we encountered in #687
When calling `conda run --name base conda-minify -n dummyenv -f environment.yml` the order of the output file changes every time. E.g. first call produces ``` name: example_environment channels: - conda-forge...
.. and removing some trailing spaces plus adding blank line at the end of file (thx vs code)
With recent versions, the example from https://www.dash-extensions.com/transforms/serverside_output_transform#a-serversideoutputtransform works nicely on both, Windows and Ubuntu.
