Added to alpha release, need to confirm miniscript correctly checks for the timestamps and if so close. Otherwise need to see if/how to fix.

This sounds like something to tackle as part of the 1.0.0 API changes.
These look like small changes but I think we should move to the 2.0 milestone.

@jblachly I'm going to close this issue as the rust-bitcoin/rust-bip39 crate seems to be back on track with new releases. Happy to reopen if you think more discussion is needed.
