memory light doesn't work

Aureal control only works for onboard devices. but the memory light keeps the default setting.

I can't read it's hardwear ID in Windows,how can I add it into my Aureal?

So I had to add in the product ID of 0x18a3, and now it says connected but the console reads HID errors... any ideas?
