I fixed this problem by downloading the file manually and chmod-ing it. Here's the commands: **click [this](https://api.github.com/repos/drinkcat/chroagh/tarball) to download it chmod +x ~/Downloads/drinkcat-chroagh-lastcrouton-1031-g18cc180.tar.gz**
