This is more of a script request. Whenever Drawpile server adds chat hooks for scripts to run implementing it is trivial.

Under Linux with Dolphin you can paste it on the file browser and it'll create a file.

As a workaround, you can use a big eraser with lower opacity and flat drawing mode. It'll lower the opacity of whatever you have.
