Small issue with updates

Brilliant tool.. Only using this on one plugin. Have just pushed out a new update (first using this) and am having some issues.

The plugin will not update when clicked, it says its updated but reload the page and boom an update is waiting.

Looked a bit deeper and when you click on the view version details you get the normal popup.. only problem is its for a new install of the plugin. Thought this may be just a typo so click and my first thoughts was right. its trying to install the plugin again, not updating it.

Any ideas??
